In 1984, Hudson Products Corporation and Rotoven S. A. de C. V. announced the formation and operational start-up of a new joint venture named Hudson Products de Mexico S. A. de C. V

Hudson Products de Mexico’s (HPM) manufacturing facility is located in Monterrey Mexico and it is equipped with over 73,000 sq. ft. of under-roof workspace.  HPM is responsible for the manufacture of Tuf-Lite^® fan blades, louvers, structural steel, seal discs and inlet bells.  These well known heat transfer products are manufactured and shipped worldwide.

Shell Oil Company and Hudson Products Corporation
