The 120-acre manufacturing facility near Beasley, Texas, has eight acres of under-roof workspace amply outfitted with metal working machinery, computerized systems, modern fiberglass molding equipment, and more. With an additional 16-acres of storage, marshalling, and assembly areas Hudson has the world's largest production capacity for air-cooled heat-transfer equipment. Our impressive physical plant, combined with a work force of continuous improvement, provides our customers with a single-source responsibility unique in the industry. Our metal-working equipment and manufacturing methods combine high productivity with high quality. Automated state-of-the-art welding techniques, including gas tungsten arc (TIG), submerged arc (SAW), and others, allow precise control of travel rate, electric current, and the amount of metal laid down to produce consistent, high-quality welds at the greatest possible speed. To ensure weld integrity, we employ radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle and liquid penetrant inspection techniques. From first to last, Hudson's quality is there to stay.
